What are office hours?: If you have any questions or concerns to bring to a member of the team you can physically locate us at the times listed below. Just give the door a little knock and come on in. 

Fall 2025 hours: 
Monday: Jonah 9am-3:30pm
Tuesday: Noah 10:30am-1pm BREAK 2:30pm-4:30pm
Wednesday: Paloma 9am-2pm
Thursday: Oli 10am-3pm 
Friday: Asad 12pm-5pm

Our office coordinator is generally in the office 10am-4pm though the hours vary.

FASA’s Elected Coordinators 2025 - 2026





General/Mobilization Coordinator


The General/Mobilization Coordinator is responsible for managing FASA’s general operations such as organizing coordinator meetings, General Meetings and Town Hall meetings. The General Coordinator is empowered to organize events and create new student services throughout the year. They may also look for positive partnerships and sponsorships for FASA to engage in, and work directly with these partners. This person will often be the first contact for students reaching out to FASA for information or support, and will gain a strong knowledge of Concordia’s internal structure and the many student groups that offer services.

Outreach Coordinator


The Outreach Coordinator is responsible for managing FASA’s social media, newsletter, website and public image through instagram, facebook etc. This person is directly involved in hiring FASA’s graphic designer and contracting illustrators. The Outreach Coordinator is encouraged to organize events and create new student services throughout the year. They may also look for positive partnerships and sponsorships for FASA to engage in, and work directly with these partners.

Clubs and Services Coordinator


The Clubs and Services Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and supporting FASA’s Clubs. This person facilitates the Club registration process and receives clubs’ monthly reports. The Clubs and Services Coordinator is the direct contact for clubs looking for support to navigate challenges throughout the year. They plan the annual Clubs Fair.

Student Life Coordinator


The Student Life Coordinator is responsible for planning events and creating and maintaining services for Fine Arts students. They will also look for positive partnerships and sponsorships for FASA to engage in, and work directly with these partners. The Student Life Coordinator will advocate on behalf of students and connect them to services on campus and beyond.

Financial Coordinator


Alongside five other FASA coordinators, the Finance Coordinator is responsible for managing FASA’s budgetary needs, and any other decisions/organization regarding financial matters. It is their responsibility to ensure FASA is transparent about where and how our money is being spent.

Let loose at Shake Loose with PASU concordia
The Black History Semester Committee is going all out for their last event of the school year. A night of dance, food, good music, and unmatched energy
Schedule: Dance class: 7-9pm (Break) Club Night: 10-2am
129 Van horne, April 11th 7pm-2am

Our night will start with a dance class hosted by Leah Wagongo Danga from @afrodojomtl Afterwards, you’ll put your moves to the test as we transition to our club night.
Of course this event is free and catered by @supercoolfresh_blackninjapizza
We want to see a fusion of your cultural and personal styles.

Shake Loose Visuals Submission call out

Black History Semester is looking for experimental animation, film, or video works to be projected during the Shake Loose dance party.

Artists are encouraged to submit work that explores movement, rhythm, and experimental visual approaches, thereby contributing to the dance party's atmosphere.

Artists may submit up to 5 videos.
Multiple works may be selected for projection during the event.
Honorarium: $100 per selected work.
Priority will be given to BIPOC students.
